How do I switch out 1 layout each month?

To switch a layout: Visit our Layout gallery (click here to see our available layouts). Email customer service at contact@monthly-memories.com. In the email include the title of the layout from the monthly scrapbooking kit that you would like to switch and the title of the scrapbooking kit that you would like to receive instead. The email needs to be received before you are billed for the monthly kit. There is no additional charge for switching a layout. You may switch only 1 layout each month.

Is there a membership commitment?

There is no Monthly-Memories Scrapbooking Club time commitment. Memberships can be canceled at anytime.

How do I contact Monthly-Memories?

Contact Monthly-Memories 24 hrs a day/7 days a week via email atcontact@monthly-memories.com. We respond to all inquiries within 24 hours. If you wish to contact us via phone, please send an email to contact@monthly-memories.com with your phone number and a request that we contact you via phone. We try to make all phone calls within 24 hours of the request.

How do I cancel my membership?

To cancel a membership, send an email to contact@monthly-memories.com. Please give 7 business days for the account to be canceled.

How much is the monthly scrapbooking club membership?

The monthly scrapbooking club membership is only $20/month for 3 double-page layouts. There is an additional $5/month for shipping and handling. This is a reduced price of less than $7 per layout for our Scrapbooking Club Members. To Join the club, return to the Home Page or Click here.

How long does it take for the scrapbooking kit to arrive?

All Credit cards are billed immediately upon joining the club and your initial kit is sent within 48 hours. Additional kits are billed at the beginning of each month and are shipped on the 5th of the month. Each following monPlease allow up to 7 business days for the kits to arrive at your door.

Can I purchase other layouts as well?
Do I have to be a Member of the Scrapbooking Club to purchase layout kits?

All layout kits shown in the layout gallery (Click here to see Layout Kits) are available to all customers. Members can certainly purchase additional layout kits, however, you don't need to be a member to purchase these kits. They are for sale to the general public. The layouts of the current monthly club, however, are not immediately for sale to non-members. They are only initially offered to members of the club.

Is there a Club Member discount?

There are shipping discounts offered to Members of the Monthly-Memories Scrapbooking club if they wish to purchase additional layouts. Please email customer service for a MEMBERS ONLY code to receive these shipping discounts.

Can I see what layouts I will receive next month?

A sneak peek of the upcoming layouts is posted on the home page about the 15th of the month. Please decide quickly if you would like to switch out a layout for the upcoming kit. The link will not be available from the 1st-15th of the new month.

How do I update my Credit Card Information or Shipping Address?

Please email customer service with your full name and address if you wish to update any address information. For updated credit card information, you can email a new expiration date or request that we call you to get any additional credit card information that is needed.
